It is on the third floor with no elevator. Extra charge?
No. Stairs are part of the job. The price you are quoted is for getting it out of where it actually sits, not to the curb.
Can you take a sleeper sofa?
Yes. Sleeper sofas are heavy and often need the frame separated to clear a doorway, and that is included.
Do you donate furniture?
When it is clean and structurally sound we take it to a local donation partner rather than the landfill. Anything soiled, broken or bed-bug exposed has to be disposed of.
