Pricing
What it costs
Junk removal is priced on volume: how much of the truck your load fills. Most companies will not publish that. Here it is.
| Load | Roughly | From |
|---|---|---|
| Single item | A mattress, a couch, a fridge | $95 |
| Small load | About one pickup truck full | $165 |
| Quarter truck | A small room, or a few pieces of furniture | $289 |
| Half truck | A packed one-car garage | $449 |
| Full truck | A full garage, or a small house clearance | $749 |
Starting prices. What you pay depends on how much room the load takes in the truck, and it is confirmed on site before we load anything. Heavy material like concrete, dirt and tile is priced by weight because the landfill charges us that way.
Questions about price
Why is the price a range and not a fixed number?
Because the cost is driven by how much room your load takes in the truck, and nobody can judge that reliably from a description. Send a photo and we will give you an exact number before we arrive.
Is there a minimum charge?
Our single-item rate is the minimum, currently $95. There is no separate call-out fee on top, unlike operators who add a dispatch charge.
Do you charge for stairs, or for a long carry?
No. Getting it out of where it sits is the job we quoted.
What costs extra?
Heavy material priced by weight rather than volume: concrete, dirt, brick and tile, because the landfill charges us by the ton. We tell you before we start, never after.
When would a dumpster be cheaper than you?
On a long project where debris accumulates over weeks. If that is your situation we will tell you to rent a dumpster instead. It is the right answer often enough that pretending otherwise would be dishonest.
How do I pay?
Card, debit or cash, once the work is done and you have seen the result.
