Round Rock is family-sized houses with two-car garages and a lot of stored-up years in them. Most of what we haul here comes out of garages and game rooms rather than whole-property clearances.
Cedar Park
Williamson County
A lot of Cedar Park went up in the same decade, which means a lot of water heaters, fridges and roof-adjacent renovations coming due at the same time.
Pflugerville
Travis County
Newer builds on smaller lots, which is why so much Pflugerville work is a single bulky item that will not fit in a bin and has nowhere to sit while it waits.
Georgetown
Williamson County
Georgetown, and Sun City in particular, is where most of our estate and downsizing work happens. That work is slower, needs more care, and often gets arranged by family who live somewhere else.
Leander
Williamson County
Leander is still building, so a lot of our loads here are the leftovers of a move-in: crates, packaging, builder debris and the furniture that did not survive the last house.
Kyle
Hays County
Kyle grew fast and young. Most calls are first-home owners clearing whatever the previous owner left behind, and the occasional rental turnover.
Buda
Hays County
Buda sits between subdivision and acreage. Half the work is standard household clearing, the other half is outbuildings, sheds and things that have been sitting behind the property for years.
Lakeway
Travis County
Lake houses mean hot tubs, decks, patio furniture and boat gear, and steep lots where the thing being removed is downhill from wherever the truck can park.
Bee Cave
Travis County
Larger homes, longer driveways and a lot of remodel work. Bee Cave jobs are often a renovation load-out rather than a clearout.
West Lake Hills

Older custom homes on hillside lots. The removal is rarely the hard part here; getting a load up a switchback driveway without marking the stonework is.
South Austin
Travis County
Older bungalows with detached garages, tight alleys and no room to stage a load. South Austin work is about getting it out cleanly without blocking a street that is already narrow.
East Austin
Travis County
East Austin is remodel country. Most of what we carry out is the old kitchen, the old bathroom and the old floor, often while the next trade is waiting on the driveway.
North Austin
Travis County
Apartments and condos, which means lift access, loading dock rules and a building that wants a certificate of insurance before anyone moves a couch.
San Marcos
Hays County
A student town on a lease cycle. Late July and August are a wall of furniture and mattresses left behind in apartments, and we plan capacity around it.
